About Us

Welcome to the ACCESS SOLUTIONS MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE Family.   We are happy to have you as part of our growing family. You were hired because we believe that you can contribute to the success of the cooperative and share our commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients and partners. ACCESS Solutions Multi-Purpose Cooperative is registered with Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) on January 13, 2013.   As an ACCESS Member - employee, you are highly encouraged to go through this handbook to further understand the organization, benefits, policies, and procedures. This handbook shall apply to all employees in the active payroll of ACCESS Solutions MPC. This is also intended as a general reference or resource only. The guidelines and policies in this handbook are not to be construed as a contractual obligation.   Cooperative policies are to be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the workforce, government employment trends, economic conditions, and labor regulatory conditions.
